The Role
We're looking for a motivated and experienced Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join a forward-thinking and client-focused firm. The role involves managing your own caseload from instruction to completion, providing high-quality legal advice and maintaining strong client relationships throughout the process.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise clients on purchases, sales, re-mortgages, and transfers of equity.

• Manage ID requirements, funds checks, gift deposits, and risk assess.

• Prepare and issue contracts and manage mortgage redemptions.

• Handle exchange and completion of contracts.

• Order/report searches and titles, leases, and raise relevant enquiries.

• Review and report on mortgages and management packs.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and referrers.

Requirements:

• Proven experience with full responsibility for your own caseload.

• Confident and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to manage pressure and meet tight deadlines.

• Capable of working independently as well as part of a collaborative team.

• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and committed to delivering client service.

• Legally qualified (Solicitor, CILEX, or Licensed Conveyancer).
